Peck on cheek

Where do I begin? Oflate I read an article on “brain gym” which is nothing but a series of activities which will help us train and exercise our brain and improve the memory.

One among the techniques was to use the non-dominant hand to practice an art, for instance to write a letter or to sketch something. My attempt on a clean white paper was cool, as I got a chance to stare back my 1st standard handwriting :-)

The other technique was to recall the dreams, normally within 5 minutes of walk we tend to forget 90% of our dreams, but visualization of dream is a good exercise. But can someone invite dream in their sleep? May be one can dream about “Dream” while typing as I do now.

My opinion is that the unconscious mind tries to compare ones dream to something else, which is similar. It is something like writing a poem and saying that a group of ants were like machines that never stop. I may sound crazy but dreams are indeed unpredictable as long as you are not in Love. When you are in a love or relationship it will be always the same person who either pleases or threatens you in your dreams.

Dreams are frequently full of strangers who play out certain parts. Some random person whom you have glanced in a busy tube station, or in a shopping mall or in a restaurant – did you know that your mind is not inventing those faces again? They are real faces of real people that you have seen during your life but may be they are very far in distance that you have a great wish to meet but have a least chance to do so.

Whatever dreams make everything possible, can travel several thousand miles, meet all possible people without appointments, and lip peck your favourite ones or do whatever you feel like doing. As I read somewhere, ‘It cost 7 million dollars to build the Titanic and 200 million to make a film about it’. So moral of the story – “Dream a lot but if you want to make it true it will cost a lot…”

Love and peace,
